IBIS THANE is a Hotel project to be built in thane of aprox. 200 nos of rooms.  Our company is engaged in designing of MEP services of said project.  We have made model of one guest room toilet shaft to verify the space requirement and to put all MEP services like ducting and plumbing services in the shaft so that this become a clash free model.  Some of the rendering images of the model is given below:
